I honestly can’t say enough about my experience with Audi. This was, without a doubt, the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Darius was fantastic from start to finish. We made an appointment for service on our 2025 Audi Q5, but when we arrived, we were told they didn’t have time to do the software update and we should leave the car overnight. Only problem is they didn’t have a loaner car available for us to get home. That’s when Bill, the Service Manager, stepped in. He took control of the situation and arranged a rental car for us. It may seem like a small thing, but his willingness to help and make things right made a big difference. We truly appreciated his professionalism and excellent customer service.
